An interactive technology allowing you to better manage your stress and anxiety, and to develop new skills for regulating their emotions, SYMBIOLINE Personal Edition comprises:

  • an ECG sensor which records the cardiac signal,
  • a software program offering innovative relaxation and cardiac coherence training modules.

It is recommended to use SYMBIOLINE Personal Edition on a Windows XP or Windows Vista platform, with the following minimal configuration:

  • Intel Pentium® III 800 MHz or AMD Athlon® 800 MHz (1500 MHz or higher preferred)
  • 512 Mo RAM (1024 Mo or more preferred)
  • 500 Mo free space on the hard drive (1 Go recommended)

SYMBIOLINE Relaxation Program allows you to download several relaxation exercises.

  • 4 exercises are currently available.
  • Additional exercises are currently being developed.

It is recommended to use SYMBIOLINE relaxation Program on a Windows XP or Windows Vista platform, with the following minimal configuration:

  • 450 MHz Pentium CPU or compatible
  • 128 Mo RAM (256 Mo ou more preferred)
