SYMBIOLINE Personal Edition
SYMBIOLINE Personal Edition comprises an ECG sensor and a PC software program.
- The ECG sensor records your cardiac sgnal (i.e. your electrocardiogram, also called ECG). This allows to calculate your cardiac coherence. .
- The PC software program comprises two separate modules :
1.The relaxation module
Additional exercises are currently being developed and will soon be available for download from SYMBIOFI’s website.
Four exercises give you the opportunity to practise relaxation. They come as audio recordings, with ambient music:
- Relaxation through breathing control
- Relaxation through progressive muscular relaxation
- Relaxation through focus on breathing
- Relaxation through the visualization of a beautiful landscape
2.The cardiac coherence module
Additional cardiac coherence exercises are currently being developed and will soon be available for download from SYMBIOFI’s website
Two graphic environments are available to help you practise cardiac coherence :
The “Monitoring” environment offers you a traditional curve-and-graph interface.
The “Practice” environment offers 3D real time interactive exercises, which are much similar to videogames. The “Practice” environment allows you to learn cardiac coherence in a gameplay environment. 4 exercises are currently available:
