SYMBIOLINE Personal Edition : technical specifications
SYMBIOLINE Personal Edition consists of a sensor, and of a Windows software program, which provides the user with an on-screen interface.
- SYMBIOLINE’s sensor allows to monitor and record your cardiac signal (your ECG, i.e. your electrocardiogram). Data obtained by the sensor are sent to the software, which calculates your cardiac coherence.
- The PC software program includes two sections :
1.Relaxation
You will be able to download additional relaxation exercises from SYMBIOLINE’s website.
You will be able to practise relaxation through SYMBIOLINE Personal Edition’s 4 interactive exercises. Exercises are provided as audio files with ambient music.
- Relaxation through breathing control
- Relaxation by focus on breathing
- Relaxation through progressive muscular relaxation
- Relaxation through the visualization of a beautiful landscape
2.Cardiac coherence
You will be able to download additional cardiac coherence exercises from SYMBIOLINE’s website.
Two graphic environments are available to help you practise cardiac coherence :
The “Monitoring” environment offers you a traditional curve-and-graph interface.
The “Practice” environment offers 3D real time interactive exercises, which are much similar to videogames. The “Practice” environment allows users to learn cardiac coherence in a gameplay environment. 4 exercises are currently available:
